Order Processing

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly review all details carefully before completing checkout.
- Orders are processed from Bangalore, India, and we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
- You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
- In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days) or via cheque to your registered address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Once delivery confirmation is attached to your tracking number, SoulMirage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- All risks are assumed by the courier after dispatch.
