Order Processing

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing, subject to product availability and payment verification.
  • Your order will be delivered within 7-15 days
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Kindly review all details carefully before completing checkout.
  • Orders are processed from Bangalore, India, and we do not ship on weekends or national holidays.
  • You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (within 5–10 business days) or via cheque to your registered address.
  • All orders are reviewed by our internal security team and may be cancelled by SoulMirage if required.

Pre-Order Policy

  • Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility.
  • Full payment is collected at checkout for pre-orders.
  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Once delivery confirmation is attached to your tracking number, SoulMirage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • All risks are assumed by the courier after dispatch.

Final Sale Items

  • During sale or promotional periods, all sales are final.
  • No price adjustments will be made if an item goes on further markdown after your purchase.
