EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Applicability of Policy
By using the SoulMirage Exchange Portal and/or initiating a return, exchange, or cancellation request on soulmirage.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy.
Please note, this Policy may be updated from time to time. We encourage you to review it whenever you shop with us to ensure you are aware of the terms and conditions in effect.
Returns & Exchanges
- Your order will be exchanged, and a replacement will be delivered within 7 days
- Once your request is accepted by our team, you will receive a confirmation at your registered email, and our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may be asked to self-ship to our warehouse.
- Once your order reaches our warehouse, it will undergo Quality Check (QC). Only after approval will your exchange/return be processed.
- Exchange deliveries are typically completed within 7–10 working days.
- For all approved returns, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 days
- Return will be accepted within 7 days
Conditions for Exchange/Return
Products may be exchanged/returned if:
- The product does not fit.
- The product or packaging is damaged.
- The product is defective.
- Accessories or parts are missing.
Mandatory conditions:
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unopened.
- Original brand tags and packaging must be intact.
- No stains, perfumes, odours, scratches, or damages should be present.
- Products bought as sets must be returned as complete sets.
- The product must remain in a saleable condition and not be altered unless proven as a vendor defect.
Extended Garment Assurance
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of SoulMirage.
- For issues like colour bleeding, print cracks, or finishing flaws, reported within 30 days of purchase, we will arrange a pickup and resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
